The Challenges of Keeping a Restaurant Clean

For some of us eating out is a luxury and for others it is a necessity.  Regardless of your reason for dining in a restaurant we all look for good food, a friendly atmosphere and a clean and healthy environment.  If the food in a particular restaurant is not good we most likely will not return.  If the atmosphere is not friendly we will probably look for another restaurant.  However, if the restaurant is not clean we will never return and we will let our friends know about our negative experience.

Restaurant owners have two challenges in keeping their establishment clean, the dining area where the general public gathers and the kitchen area.  The cleaning regimens for both areas are usually quite different but the results are usually similar.  They appear clean but they are not.
