Return Policy

Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. You may return the product within 30 days from the date of purchase. The product must be in new condition, in its original carton with all of the original packing materials, including all the accessories, warranty cards and instruction manuals. An RMA form can be obtained from Pro Vapor Steam Cleaners by email. Once you receive the RMA form, please complete, sign and date it then fax it back to the number listed on the form. We will promptly email you instructions on how to return the product. We request that you prominently display the RMA number on the return label and the carton. All returned products are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee plus all shipping & handling charges. We reserve the right to refuse any return where the terms and conditions of the return are not adhered to. Any return that shows damage, excess wear and tear or any missing parts or items may be denied credit or charged accordingly. All returns must be received within 30 days from the date of purchase. All refunds may take up to 30 days. Credit Card orders will be credited back to the credit card used for purchase. Any refused shipment will result in restocking fees and shipping and handling charges both ways.

Back Order Policy

Occasionally, an item may not be readily available and must be back ordered from the manufacturer. If any part of your order is not available at the time you place the order it will either be noted on our web site or you will receive an email advising you of which items are on back order. Items on back order are charged in full at the time of the purchase, just as available items. This is to place your order in the queue with the manufacturer. A refund can be issued if the item is successfully cancelled prior to shipment. You will be notified by email which items are on back order and the estimated ship date. This email is sent within one business day of the date the order is placed. As the ship date approaches, we will verify with the warehouse or manufacturer that the ship date is still correct. Our customer is notified within one business day if there are any additional delays. We will do everything possible to help you get your products in a timely manner. Back ordered items can be cancelled if they are confirmed as not having been shipped. If you decide to cancel a back ordered item, please contact customer service as soon as possible so we can attempt to stop shipment of your order.

Shipping Policy

For our customers benefit, Pro Vapor Steam Cleaners uses the most cost effective delivery service available to deliver your order to you. Free shipping is always available for all orders over $150 that are shipped within the lower 48 states (USA). There is a nominal charge of $10.99 for shipping and handling for all orders under $150. Please contact Customer Support for a shipping quote for products shipped outside of the lower 48 states.  Please note that we do not ship to APO, AFO, AE or similar addresses. Although our carriers ship to most areas, they cannot ship to a P.O. Box. Please provide a physical street address in all shipping information. Pro Vapor Steam Cleaners makes every effort to ship orders placed before 12 noon ET by the next business day. The average delivery time for shipments from our warehouse is between 3-7 days depending on your location. Please be aware that the above shipping time is the average and does not necessarily mean you will receive your order within the specified number of days. In our effort to provide fast delivery, you may receive two or more shipments if multiple items are ordered. Please be aware that our carriers do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday and various holidays. It is our goal to ship orders placed by 12 noon ET on Friday by the following Monday.

Damaged Goods Policy

If your shipment shows sign of damage upon delivery please notify us at once. You may be asked to open the package and inspect the contents for damage in order to determine if a claim needs to be filed with the carrier. If a shipment is determined to be damaged a claim must be filed with the carrier for the damaged shipment. When filing a claim please follow the procedures as well as the terms and conditions of the respective carrier. Pro Vapor Steam Cleaners will assist you with your claim, however, Pro Vapor Steam Cleaners cannot be held responsible for any claims once an order is shipped. Orders that are damaged during shipping cannot be cancelled. If an order is damaged in transit Pro Vapor Steam Cleaners will replace the damaged product once the carrier completes their investigation and issues payment for the damaged product.
